Shipping insurance:

If your purchase has been damaged or got missing during transport, we will assist you in submitting and settling your damage claim!


Keep in mind:

Shipping companies use strict rules to avoid having to settle and pay out damage claims!


For example

* In order to make a succesful insurance claim, you must have a damage report made by the shipping company that delivered the 'damaged' goods at your end and this damage report must be submitted by us to our local shipping company within 7 to 10 days after delivery! - and that's just to get started.......

* PostNL will 'at best' refund 60% of a 100% insured - damaged or missing - shipment (Legally covered business model!)

* Submitting & settling a claim with PostNl can take up to 3 months or more!


You will understand that we have nothing to gain if one of our valued customers suffers a bad experience due to transport damage or loss.We deliver a purchase/package to the post office - then it is out of our control! -
